The Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires are a premium extreme mud-terrain option for drivers who want aggressive off-road traction with more composed street manners than many tires in this category. Mickey Thompson highlights an asymmetric tread pattern, deep and wide voids, large Sidebiters, and PowerPly XD 3-ply sidewall construction for added puncture resistance and sidewall grip. A silica-reinforced compound is also used to support wet-road performance, tread wear, and cut-and-chip resistance.
Fitment is intentionally narrow, with only two LT, Load Range E, Q-rated sizes available: 285/75-16 and 33x12.50-20. Both listed sizes carry a 50,000-mile warranty in the catalog, and the flotation 33x12.50-20 is especially well suited to modified truck builds.
